Check out some of the best time-lapse videos produced by the Evercam video team this month, capturing construction progress from a range of projects across the globe.
Chesterfield Waterside is an innovative and sustainable £340 million scheme and is currently the 47th largest regeneration project in the UK.
The scheme is a joint venture between the local council, Chesterfield Borough Council, and is being delivered by local developer, Bolsterstone Group PLC who have a proven track record in delivering complex development projects and specialize in delivering regeneration projects in regional towns and cities.
Evercam has installed its camera to record and monitor the complete construction progress from the very beginning. Watch the special video for the project.
Global construction and development firm Skanska won a $70m contract to build an undergraduate science laboratory at the Virginia State University in Blacksburg, Virginia.
The new $69.5 million Undergraduate Science Laboratory, an approximately 102,000-gross-square-foot building will provide a critical teaching laboratory and general-use classroom space to support Virginia Tech’s growing enrollment and Beyond Boundaries vision.

Sustainability and environmental plans are vital elements of modular construction. Mod21 rely almost exclusively on wood in order to contribute realistically to reducing CO2 emissions.
Watch the development of the new Mod21 production hall taking shape. The Weinmann production line is currently being installed for the start of production in January 2023. In this production line, the wooden modules are manufactured almost fully automatically.
The new production area is 22,000m2 and will be able to produce 375m2 of module surface per day. Mod21 uses wooden modules to construct buildings for a variety of uses (such as schools, flats, hospitals and nursing stations).
CPAC Modular have began phase 3 construction at Griffeen Community College, delivering phase three to a very happy and satisfied client. This phase consists of an additional 780sqm of Hybrid Modular teaching space including 10+ classrooms and a general-purpose room for staff use.
CPAC Modular designed, engineered, manufactured, and delivered the building in modular sections to a prepared site. Delivery and assembly took only three days including connecting this extension to the phase one & two buildings previously delivered. Watch the video here!
